OpenCo NYC Conferences
2013
At both Walkabout NYC and OpenCo NYC, I spoke about how organizational culture can lead to success. My employer, Yodle, was recognized by Forbes as one of America's Most Promising Companies and by Crain's as the ninth fastest growing company in New York. In our product development process, we emphasized the importance of delivering business value. We held product managers, designers, and engineers accountable for understanding the specific value they intended to create at both macro and micro levels. During these conferences, I presented alongside of our CEO, Court Cunningham, and Lead Engineer, Donald Higgins.
