Influencing Fortune 100 executives to invest in design

I was hand-selected by Allstate’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join a small team that defined the Transformative Growth strategy. The plan focuses on customer centricity and technology to accelerate growth. During this engagement, I worked directly with the CMO and Chief Creative Office (CCO) to create and communicate the design strategy portion of the overall plan.

The Transformative Growth Plan was announced publicly in December 2019 and is currently being implemented.
